Culture Minister, The Hon Ed Vaizey MP visited The Point, theatre and dance studio for contemporary performance and contemporary dance in Eastleigh on Thursday 5 February.
Mims Davies says, "It was a great visit with Ed Vaizey MP at the Point hearing about the vital importance of arts, dance and Creative Industries. There was much to discuss in terms of Arts funding, Creative Industries and wonderful to see great tap dancing and theactrical work going on. The Minister was delighted to see the great creative work going on at this excellent venue which is currently undergoing a transformaton to be more green and has recently benefited from Arts Council Funding."
Mr Vaizey also heads up to the Digital Cullture for the government.
