The Secretary of State, Iain Duncan Smith visited Hamble Valley Press in Hedge End.
Iain Duncan Smith said, "I was delighted to visit Hamble Valley Press Ltd today with Mims Davies – a great local business who will be celebrating their 50th anniversary next year.
“Mims would be a strong champion for the area in Parliament and has a great track record campaigning on issues such as transport, pollution and health. A Conservative majority Government with David Cameron as Prime Minister and Mims as MP would help deliver a brighter future for Eastleigh.”
Mims Davies, Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Eastleigh said, "It was great to go to Hamble Valley Press, to say thank you for the printing they have done for us particularly for our Local Borough Council candidates. The print industry is a very competitive area and I know they have weathered the recession well and continue to grow. They are looking at taking on an apprentice soon and this shows our local economy is thriving.
“We were both impressed by this family business. The use of both modern and traditional print methods, combined with the great mix of skills their staff have, is clearly a winning combination.”
