Mims Davies MP celebrates UK Outbound Travel Sector in Parliament
Mims Davies MP celebrates UK Outbound Travel in the House of Parliament to support the sector and all constituents in East Grinstead and Uckfield and all the Villages who work in it.
The event brought together parliamentarians and representatives of the UK Outbound Travel Industry to highlight the economic importance of the sector and all they do to support British holiday makers.
The UK Outbound Travel sector contributes over 80 billion pounds to the nation’s economy annually.

My constituency of East Grinstead, Uckfield, and the villages is in a fantastic location, just outside London and near the seaside coat of Brighton.
The travel industry plays a vital role in it.
With Gatwick on our doorstep, local businesses employ many people in travel agents, hotels and of course those who work at the airport and in other areas too.
Our local shops and vineyards also benefit from the travel industry as visitors come to see what East Grinstead, Uckfield and all the villages have to offer.
