Restored to reflect the Brighton era of the 1880s, the Bluebell Railway serves as a vibrant hub featuring a museum, shop, and SteamWorks. With its historical exhibits and period architecture, it's the perfect starting point for your journey through time.

As Ruth mentions in the video, for over 60 years the railway have been the backdrop for hundreds of feature films, TV dramas, fashion shoots and music videos including Downton Abbey, Black Mirror, SAS Rogue Heroes, Indiana Jones, Gucci photoshoots and more!
With Railway200 coming up, I couldn't not come and find out more - Railway 200 celebrates the 200th anniversary of the modern railway - and I loved speaking with Ruth finding out more about this gorgeous carriage.
Bluebell have some fantastic events coming up for adults and children including fish and chip supper trains, luncheons, trainmaster days, and 'brick builders carriage' which is a unique brick-building experience in their fantastic carriages on selected trains this Easter holiday! So get booked in!
These carriages are absolutely stunning and I highly recommend both residents and visitors to come and see for yourselves - you really won't be disappointed.
