Mims Davies MP Launches Nationalisation of Rail Survey gathering Resident's Views
Mims Davies MP is inviting constituents of hers to share their views on Britain's railways as the Government progresses plans to bring passenger rail services back into public ownership.
The online survey aims to gather residents' experiences of local rail services and their opinions on rail nationalisation, helping to ensure the voices of local people are heard and represented by their local MP.
The survey asks constituents about the reliability, affordability, and accessibility of rail services, as well as whether they believe public ownership will improve journeys and deliver better value for passengers.
Mims Davies MP said:
I have officially launched my online survey inviting EGU residents to share their views with me on the Nationalisation of Rail.
Rail services are a lifeline for many across our constituency - whether travelling to work, visiting family, accessing education or enjoying leisure time.
As our railways undergo significant change, it's important residents have the opportunity to share their experiences and expectations.
That is why I have launched this survey, I want to hear directly from constituents about what's working, what isn't, and what you want to see from a publicly owned railway.
Your views will help inform my work in Parliament and my discussions with Ministers.
