
Mims Davies MP shares local education consultations and asks residents for their views
Mims would like to share the 2 consultations below with residents and ask that they share their views, deadlines and more details are found below.
Residents are also encouraged to contact Mims with their views that she will raise on resident's behalf.
Please share your views with Mims on the 1st consultation listed by Sunday 18th May, and the 2nd consultation by Sunday 8th June.
1. Chailey St Peters
The local authority has launched a consultation on a proposal to establish a specialist facility with a designation of Autistic Spectrum Disorder at Chailey St Peter's CE Primary School, East Grinstead Road, Chailey, Lewes, BN8 4DB.
The facility would accommodate up to 12 pupils with autism and associated needs.
The consultation period runs until Friday 23 May 2025.

2. Federation
We are writing to let you know that the consultation period for the federation of St Giles CE Primary, Horsted Keynes and St Peter’s CE Primary, Ardingly is now open. It runs until Friday 13th June 2025.

During this time, everyone is encouraged to share their views, you can do this by:
- Completing the response form available from each school office.
- Attending one of the consultation events taking place on:
- Tue 6th May at 7pm at St Peter’s CE Primary School, Ardingly
- Thu 8th May at 7pm at St Giles CE Primary School, Horsted Keynes
