Mims Davies MP welcomes even more residents from East Grinstead to tour Parliament
Following the success of tours with residents and groups from Forest Row, Uckfield Chamber of Commerce, and other villages, Mims was thrilled to welcome residents and volunteers from East Grinstead's 'Being Neighbourly' group.
This community group was set up in March 2020 by CEO Fiona Haywood, and is a fantastic support group for people living in East Grinstead and the surrounding area who may need assistance, support, or company.
Earlier this year, Mims was pleased to join the 'Being Neighbourly' group and East Grinstead residents again for their community event and ever popular Fish and Chip Bingo at Chequer Mead.
Their priority is to keep the lovely residents of East Grinstead safe and provide them with the support they can feel confident using. As well as having links with the Town Council, Age UK, our local GP surgeries, who recognise and know the team well, and working with the Mid Sussex Voluntary Action team.

I was very proud and honoured to welcome even more residents from East Grinstead, Uckfield, and the villages to tour Parliament with me this week.
This time from East Grinstead's 'Being Neighbourly' support group which was set up 5 years ago for those living in EG and the surrounding areas.
Thank you to the amazing volunteers who joined me in Westminster.
I look forward to welcoming even more residents to Parliament - if you'd like to join a tour, just drop me an email!
