It was a pleasure to meet James Mallinson and his team at Servo Wealth earlier this year in their new offices in Haywards Heath.
It was great to understand his business further and to hear of his journey from starting his own company, to how they have grown since then. We discussed how he has taken on new personnel from other sectors and invested in their training. One employee previously enjoyed a prominent sports background and has worked incredibly hard to become an advisor within 18 months. A brilliant achievement.
So often, companies look to employ ‘sector ready’ personnel for recruitment when spotting potential, and training up and investing in a new employee can achieve so much for both the individual and the business."
