Earlier this afternoon Mims Davies MP was in the Commons Chamber to see Richard Graham MP bring in his Ten Minute Rule Bill to change the law on spiking.
Constituents have written to Mims on this and, ever since she shared her own story of being spiked, men and women of all ages have been in touch to share their own awful experiences and concerns.
His Bill would ensure spiking is made a specific and named offence in law, would send a clear message, and make nights out safer for all.
Mims has previously been supportive of action on this issue and continues to use her voice in Government to push for change and you can read more about her thoughts on spiking here: My thoughts on spiking in nightclubs | Mims Davies
