Mims Davies MP was honoured to tour the family run High Weald Dairy last week.
Being shown every step of the process of how the hard working team make their amazing cheeses, as well as having Mims get involved in the cheese making process herself.
So far, High Weald Dairy are making 15 different cheeses with the entire process for each one taking place on the farm from Brighton Ewe and Chilli Marble, to Duddleswell Organic and Sussex Blossom Organic which comes with edible flower petals. All of which can be bought here.
You can book your very own tour here.
You can also buy their tasty cheeses from farm shops and farmers markets in Sussex and from some larger shops and suppliers in Sussex, Kent, Surrey and further afield.
They are also offering tiered cheeses for use as an alternative wedding or celebration cake and use our distribution network to support other Sussex producers, as well as already working on a special Christmas product.

"I so enjoyed the ever popular tour at High Weald Dairy last week to see the whole process of cheese making. After joining in with the hand made process, I must say you need to have some strength and energy behind you!
One of the first things you notice when entering the building, is the sheer number of awards this amazing dairy have received- a wall full - including the prestigious Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards.
I'd like to thank Mark and Sarah and all the team at High Weald Dairy for their generosity and for finishing a really interesting and fun tour with a yummy taster of a cheeseboard full of their delicious cheeses, thins, and an awesome pineapple chutney. We are so proud of their great success, tenacity and innovation over the last 30 years."
