Mims Davies MP was pleased to join AQA’s Parliamentary Youth Voice Reception.
AQA is an education charity and the country’s largest exam board. Each year, they have a group of 15 young people from across England serve on their Student Advisory Group, offering their and their peers’ views to inform AQA’s executive, trustees and colleagues in their work.
Members of the Student Advisory Group met with MPs and leading education voices to chat about all things to do with exams and assessment.
Their CEO, Colin Hughes, introduced the event with Ben Everitt MP and Co-chairs of the Student Advisory Group, Cerys McGrath and Elizabeth Kitcatt.
The Parliamentary Reception was sponsored by Ben Everitt MP and by kind permission of Mr Speaker.
Mims Davies MP said:
"I was pleased to join AQA's Parliamentary Youth Voice Reception.
I was thrilled to also meet one of my very own constituents, Hannah Bryan of Burgess Hill Girls, who joined the reception.
Thank you to Ben Everitt MP for sponsoring and to AQA for hosting a brilliant Parliamentary Reception."
